Get to Know Me
Helping You Move Forward
Growing up, I have always had a passion and heart for helping others. It took a family life event in 2015 to propel me into the career I have now been practicing for five years.
Always employed in a helping capacity, I have worked in a long-term care facility helping families adjust to their loved one’s transition in their new homes, with the Salvation Army in New Westminster, and with Corrections Canada in a Correctional Residential Facility. Each of these positions afforded me the opportunity to work with a varied cross-section of individuals, unique issues and help them to bring balance to their everyday lives.
I’ve helped many clients break through the obstacles that are plaguing them, as they try to bring order to what is a chaotic time. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to walk with my clients as they achieve a more positive outlook on life and empower them to use all the tools necessary to get achieve a place of balance. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
